Strawberry Fields Forever.....

We drove out to a local farm (about 10 miles NE of us) to pick some strawberries. We picked for about a 1/2 hour and ended up with 12 pounds.......yikes! Good thing they were only 85 cents a pound :) Good times!

SWIMMING LESSONS IN OREGON

SADIE, SARA, AND ABBY STARTED SWIMMING LESSONS TODAY. THEY WERE ALL VERY EXCITED! ABBY GOT A LITTLE SCARED, BUT WAS VERY BRAVE!

Silver Falls

We actually had a beautiful spring day on Sunday !!!!! We took advantage of the sunny sky and went to check out some waterfalls. We drove to Silver Falls which is about 25 miles east of Salem. There are about 10 waterfalls throughout the park but this is the one we hiked to cause...well, it's the coolest. We were able to walk behind the falling water....it was a little freaky. We did some hiking and drove around to check out the campsites which were pretty cool...they even have some cabins. I think we will definitely be doing some camping this summer. It was a pretty great day....

Sara graduates from preschool

We're lucky that Grandma and Grandpa are here.
Dad was able to sneak out for a little bit and join us at Sara's school.

Sara had her last day of preschool on Friday and there was a quick graduation ceremony at the end of her class. Sara can't wait to join her big sister and Dad over at Sumpter Elementary for kindergarten.
