Hi Everyone!
I hope you all are doing well! We have had a very active couple of months! Sloane will be one on Wednesday!!! ( and daddy will be 38......yay!!!!!!!!!!) Sloane started crawling in August, and walking last month! She is SO hard to catch now! Her personality is shining through, and she is such a joy to watch growing up! She is such a happy baby ( unless she cant find her paci, then its ON!) Here are some pics from recently. I will post some pictures from her first birthday party when i get ahold of them! Halloween

We had a pretty good Halloween this year. It was a beautiful night. We didn't even have to wear beanies or mittens!! What did everyone else dress up as? Did you have a good night?

First Day of School Pics

Finally got a chance to post these. Sadie is having a good time in 3rd grade. She has made a new friend, Hannah (which is great because she was really really sad that her best friend Maddi moved during the summer). She still enjoys reading and science. Sara is absolutely loving 1st grade. She loves going to school for the full day. Her best friend from last year, Willow is in her class which is cool. She still isn't into reading very much but hopefully that will change as she gets more confident. Abby started kindergarten last week and is very happy to be going to Sumpter with her older sisters. She goes in the afternoon so I get to hang out with her during the first half of the day. She is learning to write her ABC's the "school way", which is kind of different than what we grew up with....I'm not sure I like it but whatever.... So I get a couple of free hours in the afternoon all by myself. I'm volunteering 3 days a week (one day in each of the girls rooms) for an hour or two. Ryan is teaching 4th grade for the second year. He was able to change rooms and get one with some windows and a door to the outside. Nice!
So, things have been busy but we are getting back into the routine. I'm REALLY looking forward the fall season. It's already getting cooler and the leaves are starting to turn. I love it!!! We're going to get our pumpkins this weekend and then we can get our Halloween decorations out. Yay!

Happy Fathers Day! Kirk and Sloane and I spent Kirk's first fathers day at the Irish fair in Irvine!!! It was really fun except for the weird absence of GUINNESS?!?! how weird right? Sloane did great! although we really tired her out :)
